What does BONTABLE do?

BONTABLE puts everything a restaurant does every day into one tool, so that no one has to move information from one system to another.

• An online shop on the restaurant’s own domain for delivery, takeaway and scheduled orders.
• QR menu and ordering at the table, self-service kiosk, phone orders, WhatsApp ordering and delivery-platform orders, all landing on one order board.
• A kitchen display with stations, a floor plan with live table status, waiter and cashier screens, reservations and a waiting list.
• Delivery with courier screens, cash tracking and tips.
• Menu and recipes, stock with batches and expiry dates, costs and profitability, suppliers and purchasing.
• Customers, loyalty, coupons and campaigns by e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Staff roles, time clock, leave and advances, cash drawer and refunds with manager approval.
• Sales reports, business indicators, VAT exports and an activity journal that cannot be edited.

How does a restaurant use it on a busy evening?

An order arrives from any channel and appears on the same board with a sound alert. The kitchen accepts it and announces a time; each station sees only its own items on the kitchen display. The dining room sees the state of every table, and the cashier splits and settles the bill on the same screen. For delivery, the courier sees the address, the amount and how to be paid, and cash collected stays under the courier’s name until it is handed over. By the end of the evening stock, costs and sales are already up to date.

Who is BONTABLE for?

BONTABLE is built for independent restaurants, cafés, bakeries, takeaway and delivery brands, food trucks and groups with several locations. It is sold per restaurant brand: each brand has its own data, its own menu and its own team.

What do we stand for?

• Your name, not ours. Customers see the restaurant’s own name, logo and domain. BONTABLE stays behind the scenes.
• One brand, one set of data. A restaurant brand’s data is kept separate from every other brand’s.
• Your payments, your account. Online payments go to the restaurant’s own payment provider account.
• Set up together. We import the menu and set up the domain, the SSL certificate, the mailbox and the printers with the restaurant, and we stay available afterwards.
